Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Make it stand out.

Clarity over pressure. Guidance over guesswork.
Seeking another perspective on your diagnosis or treatment plan? Dr. Evan Winograd welcomes second-opinion consultations—rooted in years of neurosurgical expertise and a conservative-first philosophy. We accept out-of-network and cash-pay patients for these visits. Our goal is to help you feel confident in your next step—whether with us or your current care team.
Purpose
Encourage clarity and trust—not competition. We’re here to offer perspective, not pressure.
Approach
Conservative-first care when safe, with clear explanations of when intervention or surgery may help.
Access
We accept out-of-network and cash-pay for second-opinion visits. We’ll provide superbills upon request.
How a second opinion works
Share your story & records
We review your symptoms, prior notes, and—once live—your secure imaging upload (MRI/CT and radiology reports). If your portal isn’t ready, bring images on a disc or share access credentials from your imaging center.
Meet with Dr. Winograd
We’ll discuss findings in clear language, outline conservative options first, and explain potential procedures only if appropriate.
Leave with a plan
You’ll receive a recommendation you can use with us or your current team—because the right next step should feel confident and collaborative.
What to bring
Photo ID and insurance card (if applicable)
Recent MRI/CT scans + radiology reports (disc, portal link, or secure upload once live)
Prior clinic notes, surgical reports, and medication list
Written questions or goals for the visit
Note: Second-opinion visits are typically consultation-only; no physician–patient relationship is established until you consent to ongoing care.
