Telehealth Consent

For select visits, we offer secure telehealth consultations.

Key points:

• You may choose in-person visits at any time
  

• Telehealth cannot replace a physical exam (which may affect diagnosis)
  

• Consent can be withdrawn at any time
  

• Medi-Cal covers in-person transportation if needed
